Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

The short version

  • We collect what you send us (for example through the brief form or by email), basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, and publicly available business contact details we use to reach potential clients and partners.
  • Our public pages use no analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. Only the team sign-in area uses cookies, and only the ones it needs to work securely.
  • We use your information to reply to you, run our business, keep the site secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell it.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time: hello@piico.click.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy explains how PIICO, Tel Aviv, Israel (“PIICO”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with our website at piico.click (the “Site”) and our business communications with clients, prospective clients, partners and suppliers. For this information, PIICO is the data controller.

This policy does not cover personal information we process on behalf of our clients when we run campaigns for them, such as conversion data from their ad accounts or websites. That processing is governed by our agreements with those clients and by their own privacy notices. Advertisers’ and partners’ landing pages and forms are also covered by their own policies.

“Personal information” means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you, such as your name, work email, phone number, job title, IP address or device details.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Brief form and emails. Your name, work email, company, whether you are an advertiser or partner, vertical, monthly budget range and anything you write to us. The brief form sends your answers to our servers, which forward them to our email inbox. If sending fails, the form opens your own email app with the answers filled in so you can send them yourself.
  • Calls, meetings and contracts. Business contact details, role, company information and anything you share with us while discussing or carrying out work together, including billing details needed to invoice or pay you.

You do not have to give us any personal information, but we cannot reply to you without a way to contact you.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request.
  • Spam and abuse protection. When you submit the brief form we briefly use your IP address to limit repeated submissions, and the form includes a hidden field that helps us filter automated spam. We do not keep a separate record of IP addresses for this.

2.3 Information from other sources

  • Business development. We may collect professional contact information that people have made publicly available, for example on LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories or event lists, to identify and contact businesses we may be able to work with. We collect only work-related details such as name, role, company and business contact information.
  • Introductions. Contacts may introduce you to us, sharing your business contact details.

2.4 Team sign-in

Our internal tools are for authorized team members only. When a team member signs in with Google, we receive their name, email address and profile image to confirm they are authorized.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Public pages (such as the home page, this policy and our terms) do not set cookies and do not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or similar technologies.

The team sign-in area (the login page and our internal tools) uses cookies that are strictly necessary for secure sign-in: a security token that protects against forged requests, a cookie that remembers where to return after signing in, and a session cookie that keeps an authorized team member signed in. These cookies are not used for tracking or advertising.

Third-party resources. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from jsDelivr. To deliver them, those providers receive your IP address and browser information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If we ever add analytics or advertising technologies to the Site, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

4. How we use personal information, and our legal bases

  • To reply to inquiries and discuss working together. Basis: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
  • To provide our services and manage client, partner and supplier relationships, including onboarding, reporting, invoicing and payments. Basis: performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests.
  • To contact businesses we may be able to work with, including outreach based on publicly available professional information. Basis: our legitimate interest in developing our business. You can object at any time and we will stop.
  • To send occasional business updates to existing contacts. Basis: our legitimate interests, or your consent where the law requires it. Every such message lets you opt out.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site, prevent spam, fraud and misuse, and keep our tools safe. Basis: our legitimate interests.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interests.

We do not use personal information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

5. How we share personal information

We share personal information only as described here, and we do not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Service providers who help us run the business under contract, currently including: Vercel (website hosting and infrastructure), Zoho (email), Google (fonts and team sign-in), jsDelivr (icon delivery), and the productivity, document, CRM and accounting tools we use to manage our work.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and auditors.
  • Clients and partners, only where needed for a relationship you are part of, for example when you ask us to connect you with a partner or when a campaign we run together requires it.
  • Corporate transactions. If PIICO is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
  • Legal and safety reasons. Where required by law, court order or a regulator, or where needed to enforce our agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of PIICO, our clients or others.

6. Links to other websites

The Site links to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn, and mentions advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, Snapchat and TikTok. We are not responsible for how those websites or platforms handle personal information. Please read their own privacy policies.

7. International transfers

PIICO is based in Israel, and our service providers may process personal information in other countries, including the United States. Israel is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. When personal information is transferred to a country without such recognition, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How long we keep personal information

  • Inquiries and prospect contact details: up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a business relationship follows or you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Client, partner and supplier records: for the length of the relationship and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require, or as needed to handle claims.
  • Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
  • Opt-out requests: we keep a minimal record of your request so we can keep honoring it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorized team members, sign-in protection for our internal tools and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

Everyone can ask us to access, correct or delete their personal information, and can ask us to stop contacting them at any time by replying to our message or emailing hello@piico.click.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting processing that took place before. You can complain to your local data protection authority, or in the UK to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

If you are in Israel, you have the right under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 to review personal information about you held in a database and to request its correction or deletion. You can also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

If you live in a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, such as California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and you may use an authorized agent.

To make a request, email hello@piico.click. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within 30 days or within the time the law that applies to you requires.

11. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will make them clear on the Site.
