These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at piico.click (the “Site”), operated by PIICO, Tel Aviv, Israel (“PIICO”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for business audiences. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if you use it on behalf of a company, that you are authorized to do so.

1. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about PIICO and its services. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, including its content, structure and design, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of errors.

2. Information only; no guarantee of results

Content on the Site is general information. It is not an offer, a promise of results, or professional, legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not take your particular circumstances into account.

Figures shown on the Site, such as ad spend and return on ad spend, come from PIICO’s own paid-traffic campaigns over the periods stated. They are not results achieved for clients and do not predict or guarantee results for anyone. Figures may change as we update the Site.

3. Our services are provided under a separate agreement

We provide services only under a written agreement signed by PIICO and the client or partner. Nothing on the Site creates a client, partnership, agency or employment relationship. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

4. Regulated industries

Nothing on the Site is an advertisement, offer or solicitation for gambling, betting, lending, insurance or any other regulated product, and nothing is directed at anyone in a place where such products are prohibited. Where we describe work in regulated industries, that work is carried out only for properly licensed businesses and with the platform permissions those industries require.

5. Information you send us

When you contact us through the brief form, by email or otherwise, you agree that:

• the information you provide is accurate and you are entitled to share it;
• you will not send confidential or sensitive information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it under a confidentiality agreement;
• we are not obliged to reply, and sending us information does not create any relationship or obligation between us; and
• we will handle personal information you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• attempt to access our internal tools, accounts or systems without authorization, or probe, scan or test their security;
• interfere with the Site’s operation, including through viruses, overloading or denial-of-service attacks;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
• send spam, false information or automated submissions through the brief form; or
• impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your connection with PIICO.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the PIICO name and logo, text, design, graphics, images and code, are owned by PIICO or used under license, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to view the Site for the purpose of learning about and evaluating our services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from the Site or its content, or use our name or logo, without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party names and trademarks

The Site refers to third-party platforms and brands, such as Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn, including by showing their names and logos. These names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site describes the channels we work with and does not mean that those companies endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with PIICO.

9. Third-party websites and content

The Site links to and loads content from third parties that we do not control, such as LinkedIn, font and icon providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information in connection with the Site. It forms part of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site is free of errors, viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIICO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or your reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PIICO against claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have breached these Terms. Sections 2 and 5 through 16, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, continue to apply after your use of the Site ends.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any matter relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site.

16. General

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PIICO about your use of the Site.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
• Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
• These Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
